"The manager in the front office helped and hasn't stopped with any minor issues we have had during move in. We really aren't complainers but she has done it with a smile to make sure our new home is up to expectations and our satisfaction. Very courteous, but most of all genuine. The head of the maintenance team has done a great job to help with any issues and has also been very comforting with issues my girlfriend had. For that, we are very grateful.”
